Well, that was fun. NaNoWriMo is over for 2010 and I tried, but... It's really tough to write when you don't have time. From the 16th to now (30th) I have not had a single day that work didn't kick my ass. Each and every day I was so tired that I could not take time to write.
I asked the boss for some extra loads, but I didn't mean for him to try to kill me off!
Then today came along. My second to last load was to a customer that I've had problems with before, and today was no exception. I told the boss after run-in #2 that if it happened again, I would not go back. That's what I told him this morning. AND... I was supposed to work tonite, but am so pissed off at that yayhoo that there is no way I could objectively and safely do my job, so I called in dead early this morning. I think I pissed the boss off.
Well, can you blame me? I just got out of an abusive relationship and will be damned if I'm going to put up with some low-life convenience store worker getting mouthy with me and insulting me.
Okay, maybe this is my ego talking, but I STILL will not put up with anybody verbally abusing me. Period. End of story.
I'm going to bed. G'nite all.
